Blackboard Log-In Process

Use the same username and password that you use to log in to WebMail or the Otterbein network. Users with special accounts should use their special usernames and passwords.

Computer Requirements

The Blackboard service requires a very specific computer configuration. If you do not follow the requirements below you will probably experience problems using Blackboard.

Browser: You should only use the Firefox browser. Other browsers such as Internet Explorer, Safari, Chrome and the AOL browser will cause problems.

No Browser Toolbars: Your browser should have no third-party toolbars installed (such as the Yahoo!, WeatherBug, MyWebSearch, Mysearch, My Search Bar and My Way Speedbar toolbars).

Clean Your Computer: Your computer should be free of all viruses, spyware and other malware.
